The History of Bartlett Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten
With the approval of the Education Committee of Bartlett Baptist Church, the school was established in September 1972 as a kindergarten under the direction of Mary Carnes and Barbara Currier.
In the fall of 1973, the school included one Pre-K 4 class and remained that size until 1991 when an additional Pre-K 4 class and one Pre-K 3 class were added. Bartlett Baptist Preschool and Kindergarten currently is comprised of one kindergarten class, three Pre-K 4 classes and three Pre-K 3 classes.
Over 1,500 children have been students at Bartlett Baptist Preschool since the school began.
